We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the treatment start time. Unfortunately late arrival for an appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.
Special awareness and precautions need to be taken during pregnancy, please advise us when the booking is made.
We recommend that you do not have heat treatments 24 hours before or after a waxing treatment. Exfoliation is highly recommended prior to a waxing treatment. Please wear dark, loose fitting clothing when having a St. Tropez treatment.
A patch test is required 24 hours prior to having an eyelash or eyebrow tint, or if you have not had this treatment in the last 6 months or if this is your first appointment at the urban retreat.
We must request a minimum of 24 hours for any cancellation of treatments, less than 24 hours will incur a 50% charge and missed appointments will incur a 100% charge.
A credit card number will be required for all bookings. Bookings for courses of treatments and packages will be booked and confirmed by pre payment.
Gift vouchers are available and valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.
We respectfully request clients to switch off their mobile phones upon entering the urban retreat, as a benefit to themselves and as a courtesy to other clients.
We kindly request that you do not bring children with you for your treatments, as a courtesy to other clients and for safety reasons.
